Is Contractbeheerder jouw baan? Als contractbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat gebouwen blijven presteren zoals afgesproken. Van planmatig onderhoud tot acute storingen: jij houdt overzicht, verbindt opdrachtgevers en onderhoudspartners en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud, beheer en prestaties naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Eén van de projecten waaraan je werkt is het Isala ziekenhuis in Meppel, het eerste all-electric ziekenhuis van Nederland. Beschikbaarheid is hier cruciaal. Elke minuut telt. Daarom zorg jij ervoor dat preventief en correctief onderhoud naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Dankzij jouw overzicht, voorbereiding en samenwerking kunnen medewerkers en patiënten vertrouwen op een gebouw dat altijd functioneert zoals het hoort. Dit ga jij doen als contractbeheerder De verbinder en het aanspreekpunt Je bent op bouwkundig vlak het operationele aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderhoudspartners en het team Verbouw & Beheer. Presteren wanneer elke minuut telt Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwkundige deel van het prestatiecontract. Je zorgt dat preventief en correctief onderhoud perfect op elkaar aansluiten, zodat de zorg altijd door kan gaan. Planmatig onderhoud dat klopt Je stelt onderhoudsplanningen, -begrotingen en het jaarplan op en bewaakt deze. Ook de meerjarenonderhoudsbegroting bewaak je en je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden op het juiste moment worden uitgevoerd. Snel schakelen bij storingen Bij storingen stel je prioriteiten, handel je snel en communiceer je helder naar de klant. Slim inkopen, scherp op financiën Je koopt slim in, bewaakt de financiën per klant en zoekt continu naar optimalisatie.
