Contractbeheerder Sociaal, scherp en oog voor de beste dienstverlening - Deventer - HBO Functieprofiel Als Contractbeheerder bij VHD in Deventer werk je binnen een internationale dienstverlenende organisatie waar het iedere dag draait om het helpen van mensen op momenten waarop zij daar het meest behoefte aan hebben. Of het nu gaat om een gestrande automobilist in Kroatië, een medische noodsituatie vanuit Frankrijk of een beveiligingsmelding in Nederland, achter iedere hulpverlening staat VHD klaar met een sterk netwerk van betrouwbare partners. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, onderhouden en het verder ontwikkelen van dit netwerk. Door de juiste afspraken te maken en relaties actief te onderhouden, lever je een directe bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Samen streef je naar de 9+ ervaring waar VHD iedere dag voor staat. In deze rol ben je van A tot Z betrokken bij het volledige inkoopproces. Je onderhoud intensief contact met leveranciers, voert contractonderhandelingen, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en behandelt klachten over leveranciers. Daarnaast denk je voortdurend na over verbeteringen, kostenbesparingen en nieuwe (commerciële) kansen. Binnen deze functie ligt de nadruk op contract- en relatiemanagement. Om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening op topniveau te houden bouw je aan duurzame samenwerkingen, weet je precies wat er speelt binnen de branche en onderhoudt je intensief contact met verschillende leveranciers. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken niet alleen op papier staan, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar kwaliteit, ondernemerschap en samenwerken centraal staan.
