Wat ga je doen als Contractbeheerder Als contractbeheerder (32-40 uur) (M/V) ben jij de schakel tussen administratie, verkoop en klant. Je verwerkt contracten (lease, verhuur, verkoop, onderhoud), bewaakt termijnen en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt. Je werkplek is in het hart van de organisatie, waar je klanten en leveranciers gastvrij ontvangt. Daarnaast ondersteun je het verkoopteam en houd je het overzicht in onze systemen. Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles klopt, draait én blijft lopen. Jouw taken op een rij - Verwerken en beheren van contracten: van aanvraag tot afsluiting; - Bewaken van looptijden, wijzigingen en verlengingen; - Aanspreekpunt aan de receptie voor klanten en leveranciers; - Administratieve ondersteuning van de verkoopafdeling; - Contact met klanten, collega's en externe partijen; - Uitgifte en inname van lease en verhuurvoertuigen; - Structuur aanbrengen in het digitale Contractbeheer.
