Contractbeheerder m/v Nijmegen BOJV05250 Functie omschrijving Zorg dragen voor de uitvoering en het nakomen van de contractafspraken. Leiding geven en coördineren van de betrokken of toegewezen medewerkers. De functie is gericht op commerciële taken en verantwoordelijkheden in combinatie met technische onderwerpen en administratieve taken en betreft een aantal aandachtsvelden. Heeft soms meerdere zaken tegelijkertijd onderhanden en schakelt voortdurend om. Er is regelmatig sprake van tijdsdruk. Is vrij om de eigen tijd in te delen en prioriteiten te stellen ook in de zich opdringende zaken. Heeft voor de aanpak en vormgeving een zekere mate van vrijheid, ook op essentiële punten in verband met de beperktheid van instructies, bijvoorbeeld voor contract afhandeling en relatiebeheer. De probleemoplossing vereist ook inzicht, onder meer in bedrijfsprocessen, op basis van ruime ervaring (3-5 jaar) verkregen. De veelvuldige contacten met andere afdelingen zijn gericht op zaken die meer betreffen dan de normale afwikkeling van zaken, Coördineert en controleert eventueel het werk van één of meer assistenten. Functie eisen - Je beschikt over MBO plus / HBO werk- en denkniveau, organisatorisch en administratief sterk en technische affiniteiten; - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als service-coördinator of als servicetechnicus; - Je bent stressbestendig en communicatief sterk; - Je woont in de omgeving van Arnhem Nijmegen in het bezit van een rijbewijs - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en geschrift.
