Als Contractbeheerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met onderhoudscontracten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle afspraken soepel verlopen, van planning tot uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs, projectleiders en de binnendienst om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten tevreden zijn en installaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Je bent de schakel tussen de techniek en de klant, en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en onderhouden van onderhoudscontracten voor verwarmings-, elektrotechnische en sanitaire installaties; - Plannen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en coördineren van monteurs; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen of meldingen; - Bewaken van contractafspraken en zorgen voor tijdige uitvoering van werkzaamheden; - Adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie en duurzame oplossingen voor hun installaties; - Administratief bijhouden van contractgegevens en rapportages.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om door te groeien. Je kunt je ontwikkelen richting een rol als Senior Contractbeheerder of Teamleider Contractbeheer. Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf opleidingsmogelijkheden op het gebied van technische kennis, klantcontact en projectmanagement.
