Als Contractbeheerder bij Hoogendoorn krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over servicecontracten van zowel Hoogendoorn als LetsGrow.com. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid om je werk goed te organiseren en zelf beslissingen te nemen. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met je directe collega en schakel je veel met interne stakeholders. Door verdere innovatie in het bedrijf blijft de functie bovendien voortdurend in ontwikkeling. Zoek jij een rol waarin je jouw administratieve ervaring kunt inzetten, maar ook veel inhoud en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Contractbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat servicecontracten administratief van begin tot eind kloppen. Je verwerkt nieuwe contracten, houdt gegevens actueel en bewaakt dat gemaakte afspraken op de juiste manier worden vastgelegd. Daarbij heb je veel contact met collega's binnen de organisatie. Zie je bijvoorbeeld dat afspraken niet overeenkomen met wat in het contract staat? Dan zoek je dit uit met Sales. Ontbreken er klantgegevens of klopt informatie niet? Dan neem je contact op met de klant. Je werkt met verschillende producten en abonnementsvormen, waardoor het werk meer vraagt dan alleen gegevens invoeren. Een fout in een contract of abonnement kan namelijk financiële impact hebben. Jij controleert daarom zorgvuldig wat je verwerkt en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de keuzes die je maakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Actueel en correct houden van klant-, contract- en abonnementsgegevens in het CRM-systeem. - Verwerken en controleren van wijzigingen in bestaande servicecontracten. - Verzorgen en controleren van administratieve werkzaamheden rondom facturatie.
