Je werkt binnen het Bedrijfsbureau Huisvesting van ROC van Amsterdam - Flevoland. Je zorgt dat onderhoud en huisvestingsprojecten volgens afspraak verlopen. Daarbij bewaak je prestaties, financiële afspraken, doorlooptijden en belangrijke documenten. Je vertaalt overeenkomsten naar duidelijke werkafspraken voor collega's en leveranciers. Dagelijks volg je de afgesproken prestaties en KPI's. Technisch managers beoordelen de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Jij verzamelt hun bevindingen en verwerkt deze in de prestatiebewaking. Afwijkingen bespreek je met de leverancier. Bij operationele knelpunten schakel je de contractmanager Inkoop & Contractmanagement in. Ook lever je informatie voor tactische leveranciersoverleggen. Je beheert alle documenten die voortkomen uit de overeenkomsten. Denk aan certificaten, rapportages, keuringsstukken en veiligheidsdocumenten. Je controleert of deze actueel, compleet en vindbaar zijn. Zo is de informatie beschikbaar voor audits, inspecties en interne controles. Verder neem je deel aan operationele overleggen en bewaak je acties en deadlines. Je voert kleinere inkooptrajecten uit en ondersteunt bij Europese aanbestedingen. Dit verwachten we van jou In deze rol houd je overzicht over verschillende contracten, acties en deadlines. Je legt afspraken zorgvuldig vast en controleert of leveranciers deze nakomen. Je spreekt leveranciers duidelijk aan wanneer prestaties achterblijven. Daarbij schakel je gemakkelijk tussen inhoudelijke specialisten, interne opdrachtgevers en leveranciers.
