Als Contractbeheerder ben jij de spil in het beheer van complexe onderhoudscontracten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alle afspraken worden nagekomen. Je stuurt monteurs en onderaannemers aan, plant werkzaamheden in en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk. Daarnaast houd je de budgetten in de gaten en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders, technisch specialisten en de afdeling planning om ervoor te zorgen dat alle onderhoudsactiviteiten soepel verlopen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in contractmanagement en projectbeheersing. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Contractbeheerder of Projectleider, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor nog grotere en complexere contracten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke disciplines binnen de installatietechniek, zoals duurzame energieoplossingen of gebouwautomatisering. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Beheren en coördineren van multidisciplinaire onderhoudscontracten; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een optimale klantrelatie; - Aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers en bewaken van de planning; - Bewaken van budgetten, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de projecten; - Opstellen van rapportages en voortgangsbewaking van de contracten; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen; - Zorgen voor een goede communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
