Ter versterking van ons team IT-Contractmanagement zoeken wij een gedreven Contractbeheerder. Als Contractbeheerder zorg je voor optimale benutting van de afgesloten contracten van de gemeente Rotterdam op het gebied van ICT. Je levert de juiste informatie, op het juiste moment, aan de juiste personen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met contractmanagers en contracteigenaren. De contractbeheerder werkt hierin samen met de contractmanagers binnen één team. De contractbeheerder legt hiërarchisch verantwoording af aan de betreffende leidinggevende en functioneel aan de contractmanager en contracteigenaar. Je borgt de kwaliteit van contractdossiers, monitort prestaties en ondersteunt bij het bijsturen van opdrachtnemers. Jij bent de systeemtechnische expert van het contractdossier en bewaakt duur, inhoud en administratieve juistheid. Jouw profiel Je hebt passie voor contractbeheer en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, structuur en processen samenkomen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's, bent communicatief sterk en werkt zelfstandig, analytisch en resultaatgericht. Met jouw proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding weet je vraagstukken effectief aan te pakken en ben je een prettige en inspirerende persoonlijkheid voor je collega's.
