Als contractbeheerder techniek zorg jij dat onderhoudscontracten in utilitaire omgevingen soepel draaien. Je verbindt klanten, servicemonteurs, technici en werkvoorbereiders en bouwt mee aan een vestiging in groei. In deze functie bewaak je de voortgang, stuur je op prestaties en houd je grip op planning, kwaliteit en financiën. Je werkt vanuit Utrecht en krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over verbetering, samenwerking en de verdere inrichting van de contractorganisatie. - Je onderhoudt klantrelaties op operationeel en tactisch niveau. - Je stuurt het onderhoudsteam functioneel aan en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je coördineert preventief en correctief onderhoud binnen utilitaire omgevingen. - Je stuurt op KPI's, SLA's en contractdoelstellingen. - Je initieert verbeteringen en schakelt met collega's voor de juiste opvolging. Functie-eisen Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en brengt enkele jaren ervaring mee in contractbeheer of een vergelijkbare rol binnen de utiliteit. Jij voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar techniek, samenwerking en resultaat samenkomen. Met jouw overzicht, overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen weet je beweging te creëren en verwachtingen helder te maken. Daarnaast kun je goed schakelen tussen klant, team en interne stakeholders, ook wanneer de druk oploopt. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en houdt koers op kwaliteit en voortgang. - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch bedrijfskundig, elektrotechnisch of werktuigbouwkundig. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als contractbeheerder of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de utilitei...
