Als Contractbeheerder Utiliteit ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van contracten binnen utilitaire projecten. Je bent de schakel tussen de projectleiding, opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle contractuele afspraken helder zijn, dat wijzigingen correct worden verwerkt en dat de financiële administratie klopt. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang en signaleer je tijdig risico's of kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, calculatoren en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen budget en planning blijven. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en bewaken van contracten binnen utilitaire installatieprojecten; - Verwerken van meerwerk, minderwerk en contractwijzigingen; - Opstellen van rapportages over de financiële status van projecten; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers over contractuele zaken; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en hierover adviseren aan de projectleiding; - Zorgen voor correcte administratie en documentatie van alle contractuele afspraken.

Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie biedt uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden, zoals cursussen op het gebied van contractmanagement, juridische aspecten van bouwprojecten en projectbeheersing. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Contractbeheerder of Contract Manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten. Ook is het mogelijk om door te stromen naar aanverwante functies zoals Projectleider of Commercieel Manager, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en interesses.
