In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen contractmanagers, zorg- en welzijnspartners en interne uitvoering. Jouw werkzaamheden: Ondersteunen van contractmanagers Welzijn bij contractbeheer en aanbestedingscontracten Beheren van het bestelproces (inkoopordernummers en boekingen) Administratieve afhandeling en archivering van contracten en addenda Bewaken van contracttermijnen, deadlines en verplichtingen Voorbereiden van contractwijzigingen Beheren en actualiseren van contractdossiers (financieel en inhoudelijk) Verwerken en analyseren van monitorings- en sturingsgegevens Opstellen van administratieve en cijfermatige input voor periodieke overleggen Beheren van mailboxen, contactinformatie en planning van overleggen Bijdragen aan verbetering en actualisering van werkprocessen Jij regelt - Afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4 - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het beheren van aanbestedingscontracten (afgelopen 4 jaar) - Ervaring met Microsoft Office, inclusief draaitabellen en data-analyse - Cijfermatig sterk en nauwkeurig - Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht - Communicatief vaardig en assertief - Zelfstandig én teamgericht - Pré: - Ervaring met Oracle Cloud Voordelen van solliciteren via Edis. - Zelfstandige functie in een gezond bedrijf waarin voldoende ruimte wordt geboden om je te ontwikk...
