In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, werk je aan uitdagende onderhoudscontracten en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een betrokken en professionele werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als contractbeheerder werktuigbouwkunde ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten soepel verlopen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en financiën, denkt mee over verbeteringen en onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten en leveranciers. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en commerciële inzicht zorg je voor duurzame samenwerkingen en tevreden opdrachtgevers. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je beheert werktuigbouwkundige onderhoudscontracten van A tot Z; - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's en bouwt aan langdurige relaties; - Je stelt offertes en prijsopgaven op voor aanvullende werkzaamheden; - Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en financiële resultaten van contracten; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties; - Je analyseert risico's en zorgt ervoor dat contractuele afspraken worden nagekomen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring als contractbeheerder, projectleider of werkvoorbereider binnen de installatietechniek; - Kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties en onderhoudscontracten; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling; - Analytisch vermogen en financieel inzicht; - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
