In het kort: Je gaat als zelfstandig projectjurist tunnels juridisch adviseren in contractvoorbereiding, aanbesteding en realisatie, contractwijzigingen en geschillen begeleiden, risico’s signaleren en afstemmen met contractteam en andere disciplines. Opdrachtomschrijving Doelstelling van de opdracht is juridisch advies voor het project renovatie Drechttunnel dat zich in de realisatiefase bevindt. En juridisch advies voor herhalingsopdracht Sijtwendetunnel dat zich momenteel in de contractvoorbereidingfase bevindt. Voor contractportfolio 1 (Noordtunnel, Beneluxtunnel, Tweede Heinenoordtunnel) is een ervaren projectjurist vanuit Rijkswaterstaat werkzaam. Er is de mogelijkheid om collegiaal overleg te hebben met de projectjurist van contractportfolio 1. Van de projectjurist voor contractportfolio 2 wordt verwacht dat de werkzaamheden grotendeels zelfstandig worden uitgevoerd. Doel van de opdracht - Juridisch adviseren in de contractvoorbereiding, aanbestedings- en realisatiefase; - Maakt onderdeel uit van het Contractteam en rapporteert aan de Contractmanager m.b.t. allejuridische aangelegenheden; - Draagt inhoudelijk bij aan de totstandkoming van Wijzigingen en/of Vaststellingsovereenkomsten, adviseert bij dreigende geschillen en de afronding van de contractuitvoering; - Toetst verplicht en adviseert over het voldoen aan wet- en (interne) regelgeving; - Toetst belangenafwegingen, houdt rekening met de projectbelangen; - Signaleert voor het project kansen en ontwikkelingen die kunnen leiden tot potentiële juridische risico’s, bedreigingen en mogelijkheden op basis van de wet- en regelgeving; - Brengt relevante disciplines bij juridische kwesties bij elkaar of verwijst door; - Stemt advies over juridische kwesties af met de relevante deskundigen van techniek, omgeving, contract en projectbeheersing en draagt (desgevraagd) bij aan advies vanuit andere aandachtsgebieden; Over de klant Rijkswaterstaat: Rijkswaterstaat is de uitvoeringsorganisatie van het ministerie van.
