Dit om samen verder te bouwen aan het verbeteren van beschikbaarheid, hogere kwaliteit en duurzame betaalbaarheid van jeugdhulp in de regio Zuid-Kennemerland en IJmond (ZKIJ). De GR is een organisatie in ontwikkeling. We bouwen samen aan de inhoud en resultaten, maar ook aan de manier waarop we samenwerken, processen inrichten en de organisatiecultuur vormgeven. Dat betekent dat er ruimte is om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen. In de beginfase zoeken we samen naar een goede rol- en taakverdeling en naar werkprocessen die effectief zijn. Die dynamiek brengt ook uitdagingen met zich mee. Een rol die nog in ontwikkeling is of een proces dat nog niet helemaal duidelijk is, vraagt om flexibiliteit, afstemming en het vermogen om samen naar oplossingen te zoeken. Ben jij een contractmanager die complexe aanbieders- en contractvraagstukken verder brengt en wil bijdragen aan de professionalisering van het regionale contractmanagement? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Als contractmanager werk je op het snijvlak van contractmanagement, beleid, financiën en regionale samenwerking. Je krijgt veel ruimte om samen met collega's en zorgaanbieders te bouwen aan een toekomstbestendig jeugdhulpstelsel.
