Als Contractmanager werk je gelijktijdig aan meerdere infrastructurele projecten en onderhoudscontracten. Binnen deze trajecten krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheersen van contractuele processen en samenwerkingen. Je houdt overzicht over lopende projecten, signaleert tijdig risico's en kansen en bewaakt de voortgang. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat de samenwerking tussen interne teams, opdrachtgevers en externe partijen soepel verloopt. Omdat je nauw betrokken bent bij de uitvoering, werk je afwisselend vanuit projectlocaties en kantoor. In deze rol ben je dagelijks in contact met projectteams en opdrachtgevers. Je denkt vooruit, schakelt snel en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren, bewaken en optimaliseren van contracten en raamovereenkomsten. - Signaleren van risico's en kansen binnen lopende contracten en aanbestedingstrajecten. - Beoordelen en verwerken van contractuele en technische wijzigingen. - Opstellen, controleren en afhandelen van contractuele correspondentie. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's bij contractuele vraagstukken. - Waarborgen van een goede balans tussen klantbelangen en organisatiedoelstellingen.
