Als Contractmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheersen en bewaken van contracten gedurende verschillende projectfasen. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken helder zijn, risico's worden beheerst en projecten soepel verlopen binnen de gestelde kaders. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, projectteams, aannemers en andere stakeholders. Daarbij vervul je een adviserende en coördinerende rol en ben je betrokken bij projecten op het gebied van infrastructuur, gebiedsontwikkeling en de openbare ruimte. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Adviseren over contractstrategieën en aanbestedingsvormen. - Opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contractdocumenten. - Bewaken van contractuele afspraken gedurende de uitvoering van projecten. - Signaleren en beheersen van risico's, afwijkingen en wijzigingen binnen contracten. - Ondersteunen van projectteams bij contractuele en juridische vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van aanbestedings- en inkooptrajecten. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen. - Bijdragen aan een optimale samenwerking tussen alle projectpartners. - Monitoren van prestaties, verplichtingen en contractresultaten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de realisatie van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat contractuele processen professioneel en zorgvuldig worden ingericht.
