Bij AxionContinu krijg je de kans om contractmanagement verder vorm te geven binnen een organisatie waar jouw expertise, ideeën en initiatief echt het verschil maken. Wat doe je als Contractmanager? Samen met je collega Contractmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het contractportfolio van AxionContinu. Je zorgt ervoor dat contracten maximaal bijdragen aan de organisatiedoelstellingen, leveranciers hun afspraken nakomen en interne stakeholders kunnen rekenen op deskundig advies. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers, leveranciers en interne opdrachtgevers. Daarbij beweeg je je gemakkelijk tussen operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken. Omdat strategisch contractmanagement binnen AxionContinu volop in ontwikkeling is, krijg je veel ruimte om de functie verder vorm te geven en mee te bouwen aan nieuwe werkwijzen, processen en verbeterinitiatieven. Je komt terecht in het team Inkoop & Contractmanagement, bestaande uit acht betrokken professionals. Een gedreven en toegankelijk team met korte lijnen, waar samenwerken, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Als Contractmanager is dit waar jij voor zorgt: - Het beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van het contractportfolio. - Het bewaken van contractafspraken, KPI's, risico's, budgetten en leveranciersprestaties. - Het adviseren van stakeholders over contractuele vraagstukken en verbeterkansen. - Het begeleiden van contractevaluaties, leveranciersgesprekken, onderhandelingen ...
