Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt in samenspraak met de interne opdrachtgever aanbestedingstrajecten op en bepaalt - de passende aanbestedingsprocedure; - Je begeleidt het aanbestedingsproces van voorbereiding tot en met contractering; - Je stuurt externe aanbieders aan op basis van de overeengekomen contractvoorwaarden; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, prestaties en voortgang van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een optimale benutting van de contracten; - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor aanbieders, interne collega's en andere betrokken partijen over de afgesloten contracten; - Je voert onderhandelingen met aanbieders en andere partijen; - Je signaleert knelpunten, analyseert deze en komt met passende oplossingen; - Je rapporteert aan het managementteam over de status en voortgang van aanbestedingstrajecten; - Je stelt periodieke managementrapportages op over contracten, prestaties en ontwikkelingen; - Je behandelt en handelt klachten over contracten en dienstverlening af; - Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal domein en vertaalt deze naar kansen en aandachtspunten voor inkoop en contractmanagement. Dit ben jij… Je bent een stevige en zelfstandige professional die overzicht houdt, analytisch sterk is en tegelijkertijd graag de verbinding zoekt. Daarnaast: - Beschik je over HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau; - Heb je brede en actuele kennis van het sociaal domein en ben je gemotiveerd om deze kennis waar nodig verder te verdiepen, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van een opleiding op het gebied van contractmanagement in het sociaal domein van NEVI; - Heb je ervaring met contract- en inkoopmanagement; - Kun je meerdere beleid...
