Als contractmanager vertaal je wensen en ontwikkelingen vanuit de zorg of wetgeving naar consequenties voor de facilitaire dienstverlening en samenwerking. Je verenigt de belangen van de externe contractpartijen met onze belangen en passend binnen het facilitaire beleid. KesslerPerspektief is een facilitaire regie organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen jouw aandachtsgebieden soepel verloopt, zodat wij zo goed mogelijk kunnen zorgen voor onze cliënten. Naast het managen van contracten op gebied van huisvesting, facilitair en ICT lever je ook een bijdrage aan projecten, schrijf je functiegerelateerde documenten (zoals facilitaire werkprocessen en -beleid) en schakel je met teamleiders en directeuren over relevante zaken. Het vertalen van de klantvraag, het opstellen van deze in beschrijvingen van dienstverlening, het inkopen, aanbesteden, contracteren en monitoren op basis van contractmanagement-instrumenten van de leveranciers is de basis van je functie. Daarnaast heb je een regierol als het gaat om grotere facilitaire projecten. De verantwoordelijkheid op het gebied van de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, al dan niet verlegd naar leveranciers, ligt tevens bij de contractmanager. Organisatorische positie De contractmanager ressorteert hiërarchisch onder de Manager Facilitair & ICT en maakt onderdeel uit van het team Facilitair & ICT Kortom, jij bent in je element als je: - jouw collega s ondersteunt en daarmee de cliënten tweedelijns helpt door alles op het gebied van facilitaire contracten te regelen. - schakelt tussen de leveranciers, collega s, teamleiders en directeuren.
