Je krijgt je eigen klantenportefeuille met onderhoudscontracten gericht op HVAC installaties (verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning) in de gebouwgebonden omgeving. De klanten zijn gevestigd in de regio Zuid-Holland en vooral werkzaam in de industrie en in mindere mate in de utiliteit. Als contractmanager ben je verantwoordelijk om de onderhoudscontracten tot uitvoering te brengen. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van servicetechnici, werkvoorbereiders en de client manager. - Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten en streeft naar een duurzame relatie. - Je bent commercieel sterk en signaleert en acteert op kansen voor nieuwe projecten en meerwerk. - Daar waar mogelijk signaleer je technische verbetermogelijkheden en richt je de werkzaamheden efficiënter en effectiever in. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het team weet binnen welke kaders van het contract ze kunnen opereren. - Je geeft leiding over je team van monteurs, waarbij je hen begeleidt, motiveert en coacht. - Je beheert en bewaakt de budgetten van jouw onderhoudscontracten.
