Projecten Nieuws Werken bij Over ons Localis Flag Contractmanager Oldenzaal HBO WO 32 - 40 uur In verband met de bouwvak zijn wij gesloten vanaf maandag 27 juli tot en met vrijdag 14 augustus (week 31, 32 en 33). Tijdens deze periode zijn wij niet bereikbaar. Na de bouwvak nemen we zo snel mogelijk contact met je op. Wat ga je doen? Als Contractmanager ben jij de schakel tussen wat er op papier staat en wat er in de praktijk gebeurt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat contractafspraken leven binnen de organisatie, dat ze worden begrepen, nageleefd en waar nodig bijgestuurd. Daarvoor onderhoud je nauw contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, directie en operationele managers, en weet je op elk niveau goed je weg te vinden. Maar jij bent meer dan een bewaker van afspraken. Je denkt actief mee bij aanbestedingen, pakt risico's vroeg op en helpt collega's om contractkennis écht eigen te maken. Met jouw ervaring en gevoel voor verhoudingen draag je niet alleen bij aan goede contracten maar aan een organisatie die steeds een beetje slimmer samenwerkt. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Contractafspraken van papier naar praktijk. Jij vertaalt contractafspraken en wijzigingen naar concrete processen en begeleidt de uitvoerende organisatie bij de implementatie en bewaking daarvan. - Stakeholdermanagement op alle niveaus. Je schakelt soepel tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en onderhoudt sterke relaties met zowel interne als externe stakeholders. - Vroegtijdig meedenken bij aanbestedingen. Tijdens de aanbestedingsfase analyseer je nieuwe contracten en adviseer je over kansen en risico's voordat handtekeningen worden gezet. - Kennis delen en anderen sterker maken. Via trainingen, workshops en 1-op-1 sessies zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie contractkennis opbouwt en zelfstandig kan toepassen. - Adviseren over verbetering en verandering. Je signaleert on...
