Heb jij een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (technisch en/of bedrijfskundig), werk je gestructureerd en krijg je energie van het beheren én verbeteren van klantrelaties en meerjarige contracten? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het integraal beheer van het dakenbestand van opdrachtgevers. Je bewaakt afspraken en KPI's, stelt meerjarenonderhoudsbegrotingen (MJOB's), jaarplannen en verduurzamingsplannen op en adviseert klanten op tactisch en strategisch niveau. Daarbij speel je ook een rol in thema's zoals verduurzaming, CO₂-reductie, circulariteit en kostenbeheersing. Je werkt vanuit één van onze vestigingen en bent regelmatig onderweg naar opdrachtgevers in heel Nederland, vooral boven de rivieren. Binnen de organisatie vervul je een zelfstandige en coördinerende rol en werk je samen met diverse interne afdelingen. Ervaring in de sector is niet noodzakelijk; wij zorgen voor een gedegen interne inwerk- en opleidingsperiode. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren, bewaken en verbeteren van contracten en raamovereenkomsten - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over onderhoud, projecten en verduurzamingsvraagstukken - Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties - Uitvoeren van inspecties en opstellen van MJOB's en onderhoudsscenario's - Zorgen voor duidelijke en tijdige interne opdrachtverstrekking richting uitvoering - Ondersteunen bij EMVI-aanbestedingen en tendertrajecten Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technisch...
