Als contractmanager ben jij de spil in het contractmanagement van complexe civiele projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige contractproces, van aanbesteding tot oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle contractuele afspraken worden nagekomen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers om risico's te beheersen en kansen te benutten. Jouw commerciële en juridische inzicht zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch succesvol zijn, maar ook financieel gezond blijven. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je strategisch denken met praktische uitvoering. Je adviseert over contractvormen, onderhandelt met stakeholders en bewaakt de contractuele belangen van zowel de organisatie als de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het identificeren en mitigeren van contractuele risico's en het oplossen van geschillen. Jouw expertise draagt direct bij aan het succes van projecten en de continuïteit van de organisatie. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen over contracten voor civiele projecten; - Adviseren over geschikte contractvormen zoals UAV-GC, DBFM of andere samenwerkingsmodellen; - Bewaken van contractuele verplichtingen en het beheren van wijzigingen en meerwerk; - Identificeren en beheersen van contractuele risico's gedurende de gehele projectfase; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor juridische en commerciële vraagstukken binnen projecten; - Ondersteunen bij aanbestedingstrajecten en het opstellen van offertes; - Analyseren van contractuele claims en het voeren van onderhandelingen bij geschillen; - Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams en externe partijen zoals juristen en notarissen; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van contractmanagementprocessen.
