Als Contractmanager Maintenance ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een technisch uitdagend contract binnen onze divisie Utiliteit. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen, installaties betrouwbaar blijven en de dienstverlening op rolletjes loopt. Tegelijkertijd houd je oog voor de klantrelatie, het team en het financiële resultaat. Hoe je dat doet? - Je bent financieel en operationeel verantwoordelijk voor het contract en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken, KPI's, planning en kwaliteit. - Je geeft leiding aan het team dat dagelijks zorgt voor het beheer en onderhoud van de technische installaties. - Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met de opdrachtgever en bent een stevige gesprekspartner op verschillende niveaus. - Je schakelt met monteurs, werkvoorbereiders, contractcoördinatoren, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je houdt overzicht over onderhoudswerkzaamheden en weet snel te handelen wanneer zich een onverwachte situatie voordoet. - Je signaleert verbeteringen en com...
