Je vervult een leidinggevende rol voor jouw team en zorgt dat alles binnen jouw portefeuille soepel verloopt. Tegelijkertijd houd je grip op contracten én financiën. Juist die combinatie van techniek, leiderschap, klantcontact en verantwoordelijkheid maakt deze rol zo interessant. Functiebeschrijving: - Je adviseert over de inrichting en optimalisatie van onderhoudscontracten, onder andere gericht op duurzaamheid en prestaties. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor contractinrichting, contractbeheer en de optimalisatie en prestatie van de installaties van de klanten op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, kosten, efficiency en veiligheid. - Je analyseert je maintenancedata en vertaalt deze naar rapportages en concrete adviezen richting de klant. - Je bewaakt de afspraken die in de contracten zijn vastgelegd en de financiële voortgang. - Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering en standaardisatie van de business unit maintenance. - Je geeft hiërarchisch leiding aan contractbeheerders en rapporteert aan de general manager. Over onze opdrachtgever: Onze opdrachtgever realiseert en onderhoudt elektrotechnische, werktuigkundige en beveiligingsinstallaties. Ze bieden complete maatwerkoplossingen. Ze ondersteunen hun klanten bij alles wat nodig is om gebouwgebonden installaties zo goed mogelijk te laten presteren met een mix van technische kennis en goede dienstverlening. Ze werken voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers in een straal van zo'n 60 kilometer rond Meijerijstad. Ze zijn onderdeel van een internationaal werkend concern.
