De contractmanager is een gesprekspartner voor de tendermanagers op het gebied van de contractuele aspecten binnen de tenders. Je weet binnen de tenderfase de commerciële kansen te benoemen die het contract biedt. Je levert bijdrage binnen de pre-kwalificaties als klankbord voor het tenderteam. Als contractmanager ken je alle ins- en outs van de contracten of het gaat om inkoop of om verkoop. Je bent vraagbaak voor de projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders en voert waar nodig samen met de projectorganisatie het gesprek met onze Opdrachtgever, of het nu gaat om een VTW of een verschil van inzicht over contractvoorwaarden...
