Want goed werk leveren begint bij mensen die energie krijgen van wat ze doen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan complexe projecten voor publieke én private opdrachtgevers in Nederland. Van planstudie tot realisatie zorg jij dat contracten niet op papier blijven, maar daadwerkelijk werken in de praktijk. Je: - ontwikkelt slimme marktbenaderings- en inkoopstrategieën en begeleidt aanbestedingen - stelt contracten op voor Diensten en Werken (UAV-gc, bouwteam, 2-fasenaanpak) die uitvoerbaar zijn - vertaalt ambities (planning, budget, duurzaamheid/MKI) naar concrete afspraken - brengt rust en structuur in projecten met veel onzekerheden - stuurt op risico's, wijzigingen en prestaties tijdens de contractuele fase - bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers én opdrachtnemers Waarom dit werk bij HAEVER! anders is!?
