Jouw werkzaamheden: Monitoren van contracten met jeugdhulpaanbieders en toezien op naleving van afspraken Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor zorgaanbieders en deelnemende gemeenten Voeren van contractgesprekken en bedrijfsvoeringsoverleggen met zorgaanbieders Analyseren van prestaties, data en rapportages om contractafspraken te beoordelen Organiseren en voorzitten van periodieke overlegmomenten met stakeholders Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen het zorglandschap en deze vertalen naar acties Initiëren en begeleiden van projecten die bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van de organisatie Adviseren van interne en bestuurlijke stakeholders over contractmanagement en samenwerking Jij regelt - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met contractmanagement van strategische contracten - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen een gemeente of overheidsorganisatie - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met contractmanagement binnen de jeugdhulp - Ervaring met het opstellen van rapportages en bestuurlijke stukken - Pré's: - Kennis van de Jeugdwet - Ervaring binnen een grote gemeentelijke organisatie - Ervaring met data-analyse of das...
