Dit ga jij doen De gemeentelijke opvanglocatie in Hengelo biedt opvang aan Oekraïense ontheemden en asielzoekers. De locatie is uniek door de gecombineerde opvangvorm, het eigen gemeentelijk beheer en een intensief integratieprogramma vanaf dag één. Door een verbouwing en uitbreiding groeit het aantal bewoners van 475 nu naar 855 medio 2027. Als Contractmanager Migratie en Opvang zorg jij voor een stabiel en betrouwbaar contractmanagement voor het team Migratie & Opvang en de gemeentelijke opvanglocatie. De contracten raken diverse werkgebieden zoals facilitair, vastgoed en zorg, en staan onder invloed van nieuwe regelgeving en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere betrokkene zijn of haar rol kent en dat er grip is op de diverse contracten. - Je actualiseert het overzicht van lopende contracten en afspraken, inclusief mondelinge en impliciete afspraken, specifiek voor het team Migratie & Opvang en de gemeentelijke opvanglocatie; - Je legt contracten vast in ISPnext zodat actuele en betrouwbare stuurinformatie beschikbaar komt; - Je adviseert de contracteigenaar over behoeften en randvoorwaarden binnen de contracten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van dienstverl...
