Contractmanager Schade Particulieren 32-36 uur per week 4.000,- tot 5.200,- Noord-Brabant | Tilburg en Apeldoorn Verzekeren Sluitingsdatum: 31-10-2026 Voor Achmea zijn wij op zoek naar een Contractmanager Schade Particulieren voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 1 november 2026 tot en met 30 april 2027. In deze functie ben je de verbindende schakel tussen interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers en zorg je voor grip op contractafspraken, leveranciersprestaties, kosten en risico's. Interessante baan? Functieomschrijving Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het beheren en optimaliseren van contracten binnen inkoop- en uitbestedingstrajecten, waarbij je zorgt voor aansluiting op interne processen, beleid en organisatiedoelstellingen. - Het bewaken van de naleving van contractuele afspraken en het toetsen van contracten aan relevante wet- en regelgeving en interne richtlijnen. - Het monitoren van leveranciersprestaties en het beoordelen of de geleverde dienstverlening voldoet aan de gemaakte afspraken. - Het signaleren van afwijkingen, risico's en knelpunten in de samenwerking met leveranciers en het initiëren van passende verbetermaatregelen. - Het analyseren van leveranciersrapportages, prestatie-indicatoren en managementinformatie en het bespreken van de bevindingen met contracteigenaren en contractservicemanagers. - Het bewaken van de financiële benutting van contracten, het signaleren van budgetafwijkingen en het adviseren over mogelijke optimalisaties. - Het onderhouden van contacten met interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers, waarbij je verschillende belangen zorgvuldig afweegt en samenwerking stimuleert. - Het adviseren van contracteigenaren en management over contractprestaties, leveranciersrisico's, bestaande samenwerkingsverbanden en verbetermogelijkheden. - Het inrichten en verbeteren van contractgovernance, zodat verantwoordelijkheden, besluitvorming, rapportages en escalatieafspraken duidelij...
