The posting

Un contremaître régie pour réaliser des interventions d'entretien et de réparation dans ses logements et bâtiments, tout en assurant la coordination quotidienne de son équipe d'ouvriers.

Votre fonction

Vous exercez une fonction principalement opérationnelle : environ 60 % de votre temps est consacré à la réalisation directe d'interventions techniques dans notre patrimoine. En complément, vous participez à l'organisation du travail de l'équipe et à la gestion du matériel.

Concrètement, vous :

  • réalisez vous-même des travaux d'entretien, de réparation et de remise en état dans les logements et les espaces communs, selon vos compétences techniques ;
  • identifiez les problèmes rencontrés sur le terrain et mettez en œuvre les solutions adaptées ;
  • intervenez de manière autonome ou avec vos collègues lorsque les travaux nécessitent plusieurs personnes ;
  • organisez les interventions de l'équipe et répartissez les tâches en lien avec le responsable des régies ;
  • apportez un appui technique aux ouvriers et les aidez à résoudre les difficultés rencontrées ;
  • veillez au respect des consignes de sécurité et à la bonne utilisation du matériel ;
  • assurez le rangement du magasin, le suivi des stocks et la préparation du matériel ;
  • identifiez les besoins en fournitures, passez les commandes et vous rendez chez les fournisseurs lorsque nécessaire ;
  • rendez compte des interventions réalisées et signalez les situations nécessitant un suivi particulier.

Vous avez une expérience solide dans les métiers du bâtiment, de la maintenance ou de l'entretien technique. Vous disposez de compétences pratiques dans plusieurs domaines et savez réaliser vous-même des interventions de qualité.

Vous aimez le travail de terrain et souhaitez rester activement impliqué dans l'exécution des travaux. Vous êtes autonome, organisé et capable de gérer les priorités et les imprévus.

Vous savez travailler en équipe, transmettre votre savoir-faire et donner des consignes claires. Une expérience dans la coordination d'ouvriers est un atout.

Vous êtes attentif à la sécurité, au soin apporté aux logements et au respect des locataires. Vous êtes également à l'aise avec le suivi des stocks et les commandes de matériel. Vous disposez du permis B.
