The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in de industriële automatisering werk je vanuit managed services aan betrouwbare en slimmere procesbesturingen. Als Control Engineer Beheer en Advies onderhoud en verbeter je PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-systemen voor klanten in verschillende sectoren. Je onderzoekt storingen, voert wijzigingen door en adviseert over automatiseringsoplossingen die processen beter beheersbaar en duurzamer maken. Daarbij combineer je softwarekennis met inzicht in de dagelijkse praktijk van industriële installaties. Je schakelt rechtstreeks met opdrachtgevers en projectteams over onderhoud, technische knelpunten en gewenste verbeteringen. De ene dag analyseer je een besturingsprobleem, de andere dag werk je aan preventief onderhoud of een softwareaanpassing. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, maar stemt wijzigingen zorgvuldig af met de betrokken engineers en klant. Door de variatie in PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en MES-systemen en de mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en training verbreed je je vakkennis. Functie-inhoud - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-systemen - Storingen analyseren en oplossen in industriële procesbesturingen - Softwarewijzigingen en verbeteringen voorbereiden, uitvoeren en testen - Klanten adviseren over slimmere en duurzamere automatisering van hun processen - Technische werkzaamheden en wijzigingen afstemmen met projectteams en opdrachtgevers - Complexe automatiseringsvraagstukken onderzoeken binnen uiteenlopende klantinstallaties Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding - Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring als software engineer in de industriële automatisering - Je hebt ervaring met PLC/SCADA- of DCS-systemen van Siemens, Allen-Bradley, AVEVA/Schneider, ABB of Wonderware - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met batchprocessen of procesautomatisering - Je werkt zelfstandig, servicegericht en oplossingsgericht en schakelt flexibel tussen werkzaamheden - Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B Aanbod - Bru.
