The posting

Bij een organisatie in de industriële automatisering in Stadskanaal werk je als Control Engineer aan besturingsoplossingen voor productiesystemen. Je vertaalt functionele behoeften naar een werkende besturing en combineert daarbij software met hardware. Van het assembleren en configureren van besturingspanelen tot het testen van PLC- en HMI-oplossingen: je houdt zicht op de complete keten. Je zorgt dat nieuwe besturingen aansluiten op bestaande installaties en controleert of ze veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je ontwerpwerk af met testen, storingsanalyse en ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstellingen. Je werkt samen met productie en onderhoud om problemen te doorgronden en installaties gericht te verbeteren. Functionele specificaties, testresultaten en wijzigingen leg je zorgvuldig vast. Door betrokken te zijn bij zowel implementatie als onderhoud verdiep je je kennis van industriële besturingen, foutdiagnose en de samenhang tussen software, panelen en productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en implementeren van industriële besturingsoplossingen - Assembleren, configureren en koppelen van besturingspanelen aan bestaande productiesystemen - Testen en implementeren van PLC- en HMI-oplossingen, inclusief verificatie en validatie - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen en uitvoeren van onderhoud - Ondersteunen van inbedrijfstellingen en optimaliseren van installaties met productie en onderhoud - Opstellen van functionele specificaties en documenteren van wijzigingen - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiecontinuïteit Functie-eisen - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Praktische kennis van PLC-programmering en HMI-configuratie - Inzicht in besturingspanelen, elektrische schema’s en industriële signalen - Vaardigheid in systematische storingsanalyse en het testen van besturingen - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij verificatie, validatie en technische.
