The posting

Bij een technologieontwikkelaar voor de tuinbouw in De Lier werk je aan software die hardware lokaal in kassen aanstuurt. Als Control Engineer ontwikkel en onderhoud je de meet- en regelfunctionaliteit waarop andere softwaretoepassingen voortbouwen. Je vertaalt behoeften van tuinbouwklanten en interne stakeholders naar technische ontwerpen en betrouwbare software in C. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op het doorgronden en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande besturingslogica, niet op het programmeren van nieuwe PLC-installaties. Je sluit aan bij een klein, ervaren ontwikkelteam met veel domeinkennis van meet- en regeltechniek in de tuinbouw. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je bestaande code, bespreek je requirements met de product owner en werk je verbeteringen zorgvuldig uit. Je verdiept je in beproefde en eigen ontwikkelde technologieën en denkt mee over een beter softwareontwerp. Zo combineer je softwareontwikkeling met inhoudelijke verdieping in industriële automatisering en kasbesturing. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van klantbehoeften en product-ownerrequirements naar technische softwareontwerpen - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van meet- en regelsoftware in C - Analyseren van bestaande besturingslogica voordat je functionaliteit uitbreidt - Verbeteren van software voor de lokale aansturing van hardware in kassen - Afstemmen van technische keuzes met ervaren ontwikkelaars en interne stakeholders - Bijdragen aan beter onderhoudbare software met behoud van bestaande functionaliteit Functie-eisen - Ervaring met technisch softwareontwerp en het uitwerken van requirements naar werkende software - Ervaring met programmeren in C; C++, Python en C# zijn een pré - Relevante ervaring met regeltechniek of installatiebesturing en kennis van industriële automatisering - Je werkt graag met een lang bestaande, Nederlandstalige codebase en doorgrondt bestaande implementaties - Je beheerst Engels vloeiend; Nederlands is een pré - Basiskennis van XML is een pré; je technische ervaring weegt..
