Als Freight Forwarder Export Sea in Puurs speel je een sleutelrol in het coördineren en beheren van het volledige transportproces voor een van onze belangrijkste klanten.

Je maakt deel uit van onze dynamische Control Tower-afdeling en draagt dagelijks bij aan het leveren van uitstekende logistieke dienstverlening binnen de zeevracht.

  • Dagelijks zorgen voor een uitstekende service en heldere communicatie met jouw key account klant over exportzendingen via zeevracht;
  • Aanmaken, beheren en opvolgen van zendingen in ons geavanceerde Transport Management System (TMS);
  • Coördineren van boekingen met verschillende partners, waaronder rederijen en transporteurs, volgens de geldende afspraken;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het douaneteam om ervoor te zorgen dat alle douanedocumenten tijdig worden voorbereid;
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties binnen het DSV-netwerk, onder andere voor zendingaankondigingen en prijsaanvragen;
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een correcte facturatie en een hoge kwaliteit van gegevens, conform de DSV Compliance-richtlijnen;
  • Toepassen van DSV Compliance-procedures, waaronder veiligheidsvoorschriften, embargo-regelgeving, richtlijnen van vervoerders en productspecifieke vereisten.
