Jobomschrijving

Het takenpakket van de controlekamer operator ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Opstarten, bedienen en opvolgen van meerdere parallel lopende processen
  • Beeldschermsturing en fieldwerk
  • Correcte registratie van productieparameters en gegevens
  • Zorg dragen voor de dagelijkse lopende processen
  • Bewaken van de continuïtorde en naleven van de veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Oplossen van storingen en coördinatie met de technische ploeg.

Tijdens de onderhoudsperiode komen er ook nog andere taken bij kijken waaronder :

  • Zorg dragen voor de in- en uitwendige reiniging van de productie-installaties;
  • Uitvoeren van technische herstellingen en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Correcte registratie en afmelding van de werkzaamheden;
  • Naleven van de onderhouds- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Voor onze klant Tiense suiker zijn we opzoek naar een procesoperator die ons team kan versterken met kans op vast contract.

De Procesoperator waar we naar opzoek zijn heeft volgende eigenschappen:

  • Diploma A2/niv.4 of HBO5 in de richting techniek/chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productie of technische omgeving.
  • Flexibel en bereid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem (tijdens productieperiode).
  • Zowel autonoom als in team werken.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Basiskennis van MS Office.

Tijdens de maanden Oktober tot April werk je in onderstaande uurroosters:

Vroege shift 5u-13u Late shift 13u-21u Nacht 21u-5u

Je werkt steeds 7 dagen met 1 dag rust waardoor je per week 1 dag betaalde compensatie opbouwt.
