Headhuntersteam - Controleleider - Publieke sector Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een accountantsorganisatie met vestigingen in Groningen, Zwolle en Leeuwarden zijn wij op zoek naar een Controleleider Publieke Organisaties. De organisatie ondersteunt een brede groep klanten op het gebied van accountancy, audit en financieel advies. Binnen de controlepraktijk ligt een belangrijke focus op organisaties met een maatschappelijk karakter. Denk hierbij aan stichtingen, verenigingen en andere publieke en non-profitorganisaties. De werkzaamheden gaan daarbij verder dan alleen het controleren van cijfers. Er wordt actief meegedacht met klanten over financiële processen, interne beheersing, risico's en verdere professionalisering. Voor de vestiging in Leeuwarden is er ruimte voor een ervaren auditprofessional die graag meer verantwoordelijkheid naar zich toe trekt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de controlepraktijk. Bedrijfscultuur De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een informele en professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en medewerkers krijgen het vertrouwen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun eigen werkzaamheden en klanten. Binnen de teams wordt nauw samengewerkt en is er aandacht voor zowel vaktechnische als persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
