Jouw rol als Controleleider Als Controleleider ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons controleteam. Je combineert expertise en leiderschap om klanten én collega's vooruit te helpen. Dit is wat je kunt verwachten: - Aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als het controleteam. - Ontwikkelen van slimme controlestrategieën voor wettelijke en vrijwillige controleopdrachten. - Opstellen van managementletters en accountantsverslagen, en het delen van waardevolle inzichten. - Begeleiden en coachen van minder ervaren collega's in hun groei. - Signaleren en anticiperen op risico's en probleemgebieden bij klanten. Dit neem je mee: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als gevorderd assistent-accountant Audit. - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Accountancy of Economie. - Studerend voor AA of RA. - Analytisch sterk, met een kritische blik op eigen werk. - Ervaring in het begeleiden van (junior) assistent-accountants.
