Als Controleur controleer je betonelementen en signaleer je afwijkingen. Zorg jij dat alleen de juiste kwaliteit de fabriek verlaat? Solliciteer dan direct! In deze functie draait het om nauwkeurig kijken, meten en controleren. Je controleert grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten. Zie je een afwijking? Dan signaleer je deze, zodat er op tijd actie kan worden ondernomen. Omdat er maatwerk wordt gemaakt, kom je verschillende producten tegen en blijf je leren over het productieproces. Je leest technische tekeningen, werkt met meetinstrumenten en hebt contact met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Controleren van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten • Signaleren van afwijkingen en bewaken van de kwaliteit • Lezen van technische tekeningen en werken met meetinstrumenten • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces Over de werkgever De opdrachtgever produceert betonelementen en levert maatwerk. Je werkt op locatie in de productieomgeving, dicht bij het proces en de producten die je controleert. De organisatie is klein en de communicatielijnen zijn kort. Je werkt in een betrokken team waarin samenwerking en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. Hierdoor kun je makkelijk schakelen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
