Als controller ben jij naast het controleren van de cijfers, ook verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de vertaalslag richting de verschillende afdelingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de managers op het gebied van de financiën en daarnaast weet jij ook te adviseren. Je werkzaamheden zien er als volgt uit: - Organiseren en houden van de periodieke projectbesprekingen met projectmanagers. - Sparringpartner van de projectverantwoordelijke om projecten te realiseren binnen budget en tijd met de gewenste kwaliteit. - Maandelijkse resultaatbepaling van de projecten op basis van gemeten voortgang en prognose einde werk. - Voorcalculaties kosten en opbrengsten maken en/of beoordelen van nieuwe projecten. - Bewaking en daardoor verbetering van de projectmarges bewerkstelligen door kosten te verlagen en/of opbrengsten te verhogen. - Nacalculaties uitvoeren, uitkomsten analyseren en het management actief adviseren over verbeteringen. - Eindcontrole van de opgestelde projectfacturen. - Opstellen eindafrekeningen met onderaannemers. - Bewaking op tijdige facturatie van deeltermijnen. - Vraagbaak voor projectsupport in de business. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een HBO of WO opleiding afgerond in een financiële richting; bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control, Accountancy of Finance. - Relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie (circa 5 jaar). - Analytisch sterk en nauwgezet. - Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, een echte teamplayer. - Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office. - Ervaring met project control en project gestuurde organisaties. - Zorgvuldigheid is voor ons belangrijk.
