In een samenwerkingsgericht, informeel en betrokken finance team? Jouw rol als controller Het fungeren als belangrijke sparringpartner en tegelijkertijd met de voeten in de klei staan. Dat is een rol die jou goed past. Jij bent iemand die houdt van korte lijntjes en voelt je prettig in een relatief klein team (3,5 fte). Je vindt het fijn omin een brede rol te functioneren, waarbij je alle processen doorziet binnen de organisatie. Voor meerdere entiteiten ben jebetrokken bij de managementrapportages, maand- en jaarafsluitingen, fiscale aangiftes, budgettering en forecasting processen. Als controller kun je veel naar eigen inzicht verder vorm geven zoals het optimaliseren van administratieve processen ende verdere koppeling met ERP en BI. Verder ben je graag betrokken bij toekomstige investeringsplannen en projecten,waarbij ad-hoc rapportages en analyses worden opgesteld. Je bent tevens een sparringpartner voor de finance director en werkt ook intensief samen met collega administrateurs. Ben je een mensen-mens, pas jij in een familiaire en open werkcultuur en kom je tot je recht in een groeiende organisatiewaar eigen inbreng wordt gewaardeerd?
