Als controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gezonde bedrijfsvoering van Kinderopvang KiWi. We zijn een financieel gezonde organisatie met ca. 150 collega's en daarmee een grote speler in de regio. De afgelopen jaren stonden in het teken van structuur brengen. Nu zijn we toe aan de volgende stap: continu verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Van kind- en personeelsplanning tot aan de factuur loopt bij ons alles geautomatiseerd. In dat proces zet jij met ons de volgende stap. Met adequate invoer op de planning en een administratief collega aan je zijde bewaak (autoriseer) je de keten in het systeem en optimaliseer je die verder. Daarnaast: - Je helpt bij het opstellen van de begrotingen. - Je ontwikkelt rapportages mee voor het management, de bestuurder en de RvC. - Je werkt met de formaliteiten van de kinderopvang: BKR, NGW en subsidievoorschriften. - Je denkt analytisch en hebt gevoel voor vergaand geautomatiseerde processen. - Je onderhoudt contacten met de accountant, verzekeraars en andere externe partijen. Alles om één doel te dienen: een gezonde financiële toekomst voor KiWi. Wie ben jij? Je bent een financieel professional die weet hoe een middelgrote organisatie werkt. Je werkt gestructureerd en systematisch en vraagt je bij elk proces af wat automatisering, AI-agents en digitalisering kunnen verbeteren. Je legt makkelijk verbinding tussen teams en mensen, en houdt voor ogen waar we naartoe werken. Je bent vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht, en zoekt de samenwerking met collega's, externe partners en het management.
