Controller gezocht in Eindhoven met een salaris vanaf €4.000 bruto per maand. Je komt direct fulltime in dienst bij een groeiende organisatie.

Functieomschrijving Als controller ga je aan de slag bij een organisatie met meerdere glasbedrijven die actief is in verschillende sectoren. Er wordt gewerkt aan glasoplossingen voor particulieren, aannemers en utiliteitsbouw. Het werk is afwisselend en de organisatie blijft in beweging, met veel aandacht voor innovatie, service en een slimme marketingaanpak. Dat merk je ook op de financiële afdeling, want door de groei liggen er genoeg projecten klaar om op te pakken.

In deze rol pak je als controller de dagelijkse financiële werkzaamheden op, maar je doet meer dan alleen de standaard routines. Je werkt aan KPI monitoring, je analyseert cijfers en je vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten voor collega’s binnen de organisatie. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, signaleert kansen en helpt processen slimmer in te richten. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je werkt samen met andere controllers in een team van in totaal 5 collega’s. De lijnen zijn kort, je schakelt snel en je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en echt invloed te hebben op hoe dingen lopen.

Omdat de organisatie volop in groei en transitie zit, is geen week precies hetzelfde. Juist dat maakt deze rol leuk: je pakt nieuwe projecten op, je houdt overzicht en je zorgt dat cijfers kloppen tot in de details. Je werkt nauwkeurig, je denkt analytisch mee en je neemt zelf initiatief als je kansen ziet om processen slimmer of sneller te maken. Je vindt het fijn om te schakelen met verschillende collega’s en je beweegt makkelijk mee als er dingen veranderen, zonder dat je de kwaliteit uit het oog verliest.
