Functieomschrijving Als Controller houd jij de financiële administratie van de holding strak op orde. Jij bouwt mee aan de verdere professionalisering van processen en schakelt direct met de financiële directie. Je verzamelt en analyseert alle rapportages op holdingniveau, zodat de cijfers altijd kloppen en duidelijk zijn, het optimaliseren van budgetprocessen en het leveren van scherpe managementinformatie. Je maakt van complexe cijfers heldere verhalen en bent de vaste gesprekspartner voor de directie. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je start met het monitoren van de financiële rapportages en analyseert afwijkingen. Je hebt overleg met het financiële team over prioriteiten en begeleidt hen in procesverbeteringen. Je zorgt voor een heldere kasstroomprognose, beheert het betalingsverkeer en stemt af met externe partijen zoals accountants. Je durft kritisch te kijken naar bestaande processen en stelt verbetervoorstellen op. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met directie en begeleid je de implementatie van nieuwe systemen.
