Je bent financieel sterken werkt graag met Excel, maar zit niet de hele dag achter je scherm. Je zoekt collega's op, stelt vragen en bespreekt wat je ziet. En moet er iets tot op detailniveau worden uitgezocht? Dan doe je dat ook gewoon zelf. Wat je gaat doen Als Controller werk je aan de financiële sturing van Newomij. Je kijkt terug naar de resultaten, maar vooral ook vooruit. Wat zien we gebeuren? Wat betekent dat voor de organisatie? En welke informatie heeft het management nodig om daarop te sturen? Concreet betekent dit: - Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages, begrotingen en prognose - Zorgen voor heldere managementinformatie voor directie en business. - Meewerken aan de jaarlijkse waardering van de vastgoedportefeuille. - Maken van financiële analyses en modellen rondom onder andere vastgoed, liquiditeit en investeringen. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar financiële inzichten. - Sparren met directie en col...
