Voor Interwinngroep zijn we op zoek naar een scherpe, zelfstandige en ervaren Controller die de administraties van onze vestigingen in Noord-Nederland onder de loep gaat nemen en naar een hoger niveau tilt. Tot deze vestigingen behoren: - Interoffice Kantoorinrichting (Winschoten) - Datas Kantoor Kompleet (Groningen en Drachten) - Noordhuis (Meppel, Emmeloord, Zwolle) - Egner (Den Helder) Wat ga je doen? Als Controller bij Interwinngroep zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat de administraties altijd up-to-date zijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwartaal- en maandrapportages, jaarrekeningen en consolidatie. Je zorgt voor tijdige en accurate financiële informatie en je bent het aanspreekpunt van onze accountant. De administraties van deze vijf vennootschappen worden gevoerd door de medewerkers van de vestigingen zelf. Jouw rol zit niet in het primaire proces, maar juist in het controleren, signaleren en verbeteren. Je duikt in de cijfers van elke vestiging, spot afwijkingen en inconsistenties, en gaat daarover het gesprek aan met de collega's die de administratie voeren. Je bent een kritische sparringpartner die scherp is op kwaliteit en niet loslaat voordat alles klopt. Daarnaast rapporteer je jouw bevindingen aan de Financieel Directeur. Een groot deel van je uitdaging ligt in harmonisatie: vijf vestigingen, vijf werkwijzen. Jij zorgt dat ze steeds meer op één lijn komen, met dezelfde standaarden, coderingen en manier van rapporteren. Zo bouw je mee aan een fundament waar de hele groep op kan vertrouwen.
