Bij Sturen op Strategie zoeken we een ervaren en ondernemende controller die direct wil meebouwen aan de verdere uitrol van onze organisatie. Je start als controller in loondienst, maar met het duidelijke perspectief om op relatief korte termijn een vestiging te leiden, met eigen klanten, team en resultaatverantwoordelijkheid. De functie is bedoeld voor iemand die eigenaarschap gewend is en dit graag samen vormgeeft. De rol Je werkt als controller voor meerdere MKB-klanten in de regio Leiden tot Amsterdam en bent verantwoordelijk voor financiële structuur, inzicht en sturing. Je opereert zelfstandig richting klanten en werkt nauw samen met junior collega's en het kernteam. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • beoordelen en verbeteren van financiële administraties • opstellen van rapportages, analyses en stuurinformatie • cashflowbeheer, begrotingen en prognoses • adviseren over proces- en systeeminrichting • begeleiden en aansturen van junior controllers • onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties Je rol reikt verder dan de inhoud. Je denkt actief mee over hoe het werk is ingericht, hoe klanten worden bediend en hoe het team functioneert.
