Mailservice zoeken we een Controller die ons financiële team inhoudelijk komt versterken. Als Controller zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële cijfers kloppen én goed onderbouwd zijn. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor onder andere de maandafsluiting, maandcijfers, het jaarwerk en de voorbereiding en begeleiding van de interim- en jaarrekeningcontrole. Ben jij analytisch, nauwkeurig en vind je het leuk om financiële vraagstukken tot op de bodem uit te zoeken? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Je werkt aan de financiële administratie van onze verschillende entiteiten, waaronder onze dochteronderneming in Barcelona. Je bent onder andere betrokken bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, rapportages en het jaarwerk. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Financieel Medewerkers, Assistent Controller en de Manager Finance & Control. Wat ga je doen? Als Controller ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijk complexere financiële werkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële cijfers, voert zelfstandig controles en analyses uit en bent een belangrijke schakel in onze maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - (Mede)Zelfstandig uitvoeren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen en het bijbehorende jaarwerk - Opstellen en analyseren van maandcijfers en financiële rapportages - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van de interim- en jaarrekeningcontrole door de accountant - Opstellen van balansdossiers en uitvoeren van balans- en grootboekcontroles - Voorbereiden en opstellen van de jaarrekening inclusief consolidaties - Analyseren, verklaren en onderbouwen van financiële afwijkingen en ontwikkelingen - Opstellen van liquiditeitsprognoses, begrotingen en forecast - Uitvoeren en vastleggen van interne con...
