Robert Half is op zoek naar Controller (M/V/X) - Regio Sint-Niklaas.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Controller (M/V/X):

  • Je stelt maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op.
  • Je bereidt managementrapporteringen voor en analyseert deze grondig.
  • Je werkt budgetten, forecasts en variantieanalyses uit.
  • Je volgt KPI's op en ondersteunt business performance analyses.
  • Je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere inzichten ter ondersteuning van het management.
  • Je assisteert bij cashflowplanning en het beheer van het werkkapitaal.
  • Je ondersteunt externe audits en fiscale controles.
  • Je optimaliseert interne controles en financiële processen.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan projecten rond digitalisatie en automatisering.
  • Je werkt mee aan een ERP-migratie en helpt bij de verdere professionalisering van de financiële organisatie.
  • Je fungeert als financiële sparringpartner voor verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy of een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling, audit of finance.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en kennis van SAP en/of Microsoft Business Central is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je hebt kennis van BE GAAP en kennis van IFRS is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vertaalt complexe financiële informatie helder naar niet-financiële stakeholders.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheden groot zijn en initiatief gewaardeerd wordt.
